Inviato October 10, 2006 A bug fix required for v. 6.0.3.1124. Just after the release of v. 6.0.3.1124, some user ha pointed out that sometimes it is not possible to save some configuration file ("flist.dat"). I took this chance to make ZipGenius more Vista-compliant by moving some routine for storing settings in Windows registry to a separated aplication, just as required by Microsoft directives for writing applications compatible with Vista UAC. These directive require that administrative tasks must be placed in an application that should require admin authorization to run with elevated privileges, in order to access registry locations that are usually prohibited to everyone under Windows Vista; in fact MS requires that application should run with the least user privileges available, so they should not perform administrative tasks, that - on the contrary - must be moved to second application, which will ask for elevation.This behaviour will be deeply redesigned and re-coded in ZipGenius 7, which will be designed just with Windows Vista in our mind.
